<div>Curfen biyoyararlı zerdeçal ekstresi (curcumin) içerir. Curfen içeriğinde bulunan ekstre, Almanya’da, patentli Cavamax teknolojisi ile üretilmiş ve böylelikle emilimi artırılmıştır.&nbsp;</div><div>Zerdeçal, zencefilgiller ailesi içerisinde yer alan sarı çiçekleri ve iri yaprakları olan çok yıllık bir otsu bitki türüdür. Hint safranı olarak da adlandırılan bu bitki, Güney Asya temelli olup tüm dünyaya da buradan yayılmıştır. Safran kökü, zerdeçöp, sarı boya gibi isimlerle anılsa da daha çok zerdeçal olarak bilinen bu bitki, içerisinde bulunan kurkumin adlı bileşen sayesinde sağlık üzerinde çok önemli olumlu etkilere sahiptir. Son yıllarda sağlık üzerindeki pek çok olumlu etkisi klinik çalışmalarla da kanıtlanmıştır.&nbsp;</div><div>Zerdeçal, Hindistan'da geleneksel bir tedavi yöntemi olan Ayurveda'da da sıklıkla kullanılır. Zerdeçal çeşitli şekillerde tüketilebilir, fakat içerdiği kurkumin suda çözünmeyen bir moleküldür. Bu nedenle de vücutta emilimi düşüktür. Dolayısı ile emilimi artırılmamış ise zerdeçalın sağlığa olumlu etkilerinden faydalanabilmek için çok fazla miktarlarda tüketmek gerekir ki bu da mümkün değildir.&nbsp;</div>
